Wheel Problems

One Wheel Not Turning

Cause

The first and most obvious cause is that the wheel isn't correctly located onto the axle. Most PK trolley axles have a double notch on them to allow you to change the trolley from powered to a push trolley should your battery pack up during the round, by moving the wheels to the outer notch.

Solution

Make sure the wheels is located onto the clutch.

Cause

The clutch has failed on the side that the wheel isn't turning. If you can turn the wheel freely back and forwards it has failed.

Solution

Replace the clutch, a simple job requiring a nail punch and hammer.  To order this part, search by part name in the search box in the top right hand area of this page.
