    Domestic Orders
    We know how annoying it is to be without a trolley, and so we aim to get your goods to you as fast as possible. We use two methods of delivery, both of which are fast and secure. We never ship items on a non-recorded service, so you can order from us with complete peace of mind, knowing that your goods will be tracked to your door.

    • Smaller items are generally posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and will require a signature on delivery. This is not a guaranteed delivery time service.
    • The majority of our items are sent by Interlink Express, on a 24 hour delivery. We aim to offer the lowest possible prices for this express delivery service. For a very small number of addresses in the North of Scotland, this service is a two-day service.

    Delivery method will be decided upon receipt of the order, and is dependant upon the combination of goods ordered and the delivery address. You'll be notified of the shipping method used when the goods are shipped, and you will be supplied with tracking infomation. If you want to know how your goods will be shipped before you place the order, you can email us at info@electrictrolleyspares.co.uk with your postcode and a complete list of items you wish to purchase.

    Although we keep a large range of products in stock we may occasionally need to order items direct from the manufacturer. When this is the case we will contact you personally to let you know when and how your goods will be delivered. Occasionally, items may be sent separately, due to size, weight or stock levels. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in a single parcel, or that it will all arrive on the same day (even if it is all posted on the same day). If there is a significant delay to one part of your order, we will always let you know.

    Items may sometimes be sent separately or with different couriers. There will be no extra delivery charge if two seperate deliveries are required.

     

    Delivery Times
    We post most goods within one working day of receipt of order by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Interlink. Interlink Express offer an excellent and reliable service, and aim to deliver parcels the next working day. Royal Mail delivery times are available from the Post Office's website. Please note that they do not guarantee a specific delivery time on this service.

    If you do not receive your goods, please contact us by email info@electrictrolleyspares.co.uk with your order details to hand. These will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from our shop. We will strive to resolve the issue immediately. For orders dispatched by Royal Mail, please allow up to 10 working days for domestic deliveries. If an item has not arrived after the time specified by the Royal Mail, we can issue a refund or post a replacement.

    Receipt of Goods
    Your order can be delivered to your home or to an anternative address such as a work place. Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays) and require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If no-one is available to sign for the goods the courier or postman will leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or problems.

    If your item is sent by Interlink, you'll receive an email with your delivery day and time (usually 24 hours). If you entered a mobile number at checkout, you will also receive text updates on the progress of your parcel. Please make sure you enter a correct email address and telephone number!

    If the parcel has been posted by Interlink you will be given several options, including to deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place, delay delivery until a different day, et cetera. If a customer requests that a parcel is left in a safe place, this is done at the customer's own risk.

    Interlink will make multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, and will notify you each time delivery is attempted. If  after this they are still unable to complete delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. We will deduct the return costs, as charged by Interlink, from your refund. This is a minimum cost of £5 (and occasionally more for offshore locations, the North of Scotland and overseas deliveries). This charge will also be applied to any deliveries rejected or not accepted by the customer.

    We strongly recommend that you enter a mobile telephone number at checkout, if possible, as this will increase the chances of a successful delivery. Once the parcel as been shipped, please email or call Interlink to make any delivery alterations, as we can't do this for you.

    By placing an order, you agree:

    • That your order may be shipped by either Interlink or Royal Mail.
    • That you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery agent can deliver the parcel, and if necessary, can communicate with you via the email / telephone number you entered when placing the order.
    • That if the parcel is not able to be delivered to the address you have specified by Interlink Express, you are liable for any and all return charges. There is no return charge for parcels sent by Royal Mail.
    • That if the parcel is not able to be delivered to the address you have specified by either Interlink Express or Royal Mail, you are not eligable for a refund of any original delivery and packaging charges.

    Our Couriers
    We rely on the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to deliver goods as stated there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

     

    Overseas Deliveries

    We can ship orders to a wide selection of European countries (mainland only):

    If your country is not shown on the list, that means that we do-not currently ship there. We are unfortunately unable to ship large orders to BFPO addresses. If you want to have items delivered to a BFPO address, please email us on info@electrictrolleyspares.co.uk with a list of the parts you require, and we will let you know if delivery is possible. Do not place orders for delivery to European Islands, as considerably higher rates apply to these and these costs may be deducted from your refund.

    Prices for international deliveries are charged at a flat rate, based on the destination country. All overseas deliveries are sent by DPD International, and delivery times vary by country from 2-5 working days after dispatch. Customers are responsible for any import charges.

    International customers should be aware that the manufacturer warranty is only available to residents of UK and Eire (ROI). Full terms and conditions are available on Powakaddy's website here.

    IMPORTANT: Please do not place orders for delivery to European islands. We only ship overseas to the European Mainland. If you requst delivery to a European island (e.g. Tenerife) , we will attempt to cancel the order before it is shipped and refund your payment. However, we cannot guarantee to intercept all misplaced European orders. If we are unable to intercept the parcel before it is shipped, the couriers will return it to us. Any and all costs incurred, either inbound or outbound, will be deducted from your refund.
